Albert Einstein once said, “Coincidence is God’s way of remaining anonymous.”

That said, I find it more than a little disturbing the amount of similarities between Obama’s official Health Care takeover logo (Below left) and a certain well-known historical symbol.

Now before you decide that I’ve leapt deep into the fields of hyperbolae, let me back that assertion. 

You may have heard that Obama and the Democrat leadership was very hot and bothered to get their healthcare takeover passed before Congress went home for the August recess.  What you may not have heard, if your one of the unfortunate few still watching the liars on mainstream TV news, is why the big push to get this bill done.  I mean, it doesn’t take effect for five years, so what’s the rush?

Well, the rush is that they were hoping to pass this before you found out what was in it and had a chance to object.  But what is there to Object to?  What’s so bad about letting the government run healthcare?  I mean we are all completely satisfied with our experiences at the DMV, right?

So what’s there to be scared of?

Well, first, get your own copy of the House Bill. It’s the only place that any of Obama’s plan is actually on paper.

Got it?  Good, now take a look at a partial list of the provisions in the bill.  No, seriously, click the link and take a look.  We’ll wait, really.  Scared yet?  “But that’s just some right-wing blog,” I hear you say.  Well, don’t take my word for it.  Go back to the copy of the bill you just downloaded, go to the page numbers indicated in the blog, and read it for yourself.

If you’re starting to get scared, you’re not alone.  Millions of your fellow citizens have been learning what’s in this bill and now the worst thing Obama could have imagined has happened.  Democrats, home for the recess, are being thunderstruck at their townhall meetings by something they’ve literally never seen before (especially from the fawning press) - tough questions from people who know what’s in the healthcare bill.  In case you haven’t heard about this, here’s a smattering of YouTube videos you need to see.  Please note the shocked and outraged looks on the faces of the Democrat politicos.  (How dare you unwashed masses question them?)

Now you may think that, in the face of such passionate objections from the very people who can vote them out of office, Democrats would be rethinking all this socialist healthcare stuff.  Well, you’d be wrong.  Check out the response from Democrat leader, and fellow Chicago thug, Dick Durbin.

That’s right, this isn’t “real” objection to socialist healthcare, American’s are all for that - after all, Dick Durbin said so.  (Of course he also compared our soldiers to Nazis, but hey that’s the past.)  Anyway, who are you going to believe, Dick Durban or your lying eyes?

Well, it turns out most of us are believing our eyes.  So many, in fact that the White House was forced to post this weak response over on YouTube.  I suppose it was right of them to get the truth out.  I mean we know that when Obama stands in front of a national audience, and says that he doesn’t want to socialize medicine with a single payer system, that he’s telling the truth.  As opposed to what he said in private, in front of a group of friends, when he thought no cameras were rolling.

Again, are you going to believe Obama or your lying eyes?

Not done with their disinformation campaign, some politicians and White House media people (excuse me, I meant “reporters”) are saying that the bad things you’ve heard about similar systems like the ones in Canada and the UK are just lies designed to scare you.  Well, hows about you read what the British press has to say about their perfect socialized health care system?  Just scroll down a bit on this page to see what I call the Big List of British Healthcare Horrors.  I doubt the British press is publishing falsehoods in their own papers just to bolster Obama’s case.  That said, if you want a comparison that’s a little closer to home, try this one.  This is what awaits us if Obamacare gets passed.

Well, if you aren’t scared now, I don’t know what will convince you.  For the rest of us, however, this should be a call to arms (figuratively speaking, of course - a literal call to arms is still a ways away at this point).  Every one of you has two Senators and a Congressman at home right now.  It’s time to get off the couch (politically speaking) and get into the game.  Call their offices and find out if they’re going to dare to have town meetings (many are refusing to face angry voters, by canceling all public meetings and requiring “one-on-one” meetings where there is no tide to turn against them).  If your Senator or Congressman has the stomach to face you, get out and talk to them.  Ask them the tough questions like:  Will you vote to put Congress under the same healthcare system as the rest of us?  Who will decide how healthcare is rationed?  Will children with autism or downs syndrome be covered or will parents be forced to abort them before their birth?  Will you support an amendment barring free healthcare to illegal aliens?

See if they can answer any of these questions to your satisfaction.  See if they’ll even try.  You’ll know you’ve backed them into a corner when they begin filibustering about nothing and try to change the subject.  Don’t be afraid to stand up after they’ve dodged an important question and say:  “I’d like you to answer that previous question.”

Now, don’t think for a moment that a two-bit Chicago Thug like Obama is going to take this lying down.  He’s publicly said that he doesn’t want those who “made this mess to do a lot of talking.”  On top of that, it’s already being reported that he’s mustered out union thugs from the SEIU (Government Union) and that they beat up a conservative black man who was committing the heinous crime of selling flags and buttons outside an event.

The worst offense, and probably the most troubling, is something found on the official White House page.  In a chilling mimicry of Soviet style political controls, it asks for you to turn in any of your neighbors who might be passing around “disinformation” about Obamacare. 

So, the President and the Leadership of the Democrat party are pulling out all the stops to prevent you from speaking your mind.  My advice, don’t let them.  If your Senator or Congressman won’t come out of their office and face you, have a town hall meeting without them, call the media, meet at a high school, and put an empty chair on the stage.  Just do something.

If you’re looking for a little support, try Googling “Tea Party” and your state and hook up with those guys.  I’m sure they’ve got something going on in your area.

It’s too late to make this long story short, but sufficed to say this battle is yours to lose. If this is going to be stopped, you have to stop it.  Now arm yourselves with the facts and get out there.

America needs you.

Update: I’ve been told that a day of healthcare protest has been organized on August 22.  Just show up outside your Congressman’s local office and let them know what’s on your mind.  Remember to be polite (if possible) and be informed.  The most terrifying thing Democrat and weak kneed Republican Congressman can face is an informed, unintimidated voter.
